HI! I’M KATE!

I’m an artist, poet, community organizer, and I run a small business consulting firm designed to help support the ecosystem of Bay Area small businesses. Kate Campbell Creative was born out of a belief that small businesses sit at the forefront of our culture, and in contrast to the ever-growing monopolies.

My skills draw on ten years experience in the hospitality industry, and 7 years in the tech industry, all within various leadership and strategy roles. I have been a leader within businesses from 5 to 150 people, and held strategic roles in growing those teams. My aim is to share my experience as a business leader, my skills as a creative problem solver, and my love for my community, through this work.

Workshops

Individual and group workshops available for goal setting, vision, and values/brand work. Great for small teams that want to invest in their company’s vision, and empower their team members through skillsharing and transparency.

  • My work is action-oriented, and rooted in skill sharing and transparency. The challenges in your business are solvable, and solving them with a thought partner reduces the friction. Sessions with me include clear takeaways, design thinking exercises, and a collaborative approach. I aim to leave you energized and ready to meet whatever is ahead.

  • I work with any company under fifty people, across all industry spaces. If you are in a growth stage, or are interested in expanding your business services, investing in a resource like myself to help you get there is a great move. Prior to starting my own consulting business, I worked in hospitality, and then tech, and did freelance consulting for VC firms.
